    I LOVE the Keep Calm Kit! It is complete with tools and strategies that help my kids understand and regulate their emotions. This kit helps us get through those rough tantrums. My 4 year old’s favorites are the Lots-a Feelings poster and the Mood Meter. The kit comes with amazing direction cards that explain how to use each of the tools with benefits for both parents and kids. I was pleased that everything was labeled, straightforward and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend this kit!

    We introduced the Kit and it actually went splendidly. Our kids were really interested in all the activities/tools and really curious about it all. Very positive and excited about it. When I prompted them how we could use the Keep Calm Kit, each kid honed in on exactly how they would use it – it was amazing!

    Both my boys have really benefited from having the Keep Calm Kit. It changed our family dynamic and has helped all of us to keep calm. Living without meltdowns as a daily occurrence has brought a lot more fun to our house. Which creates a less anxious environment which helps stop meltdowns before they start and so on. The Keep Calm Kit turned around our negative/anxious cycle and helped us remember we’re all on the same team.
